Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium-Zn-Al-Mg coating is an alloy metal with excellent comprehensive properties. The manufacturing cost is only slightly higher than that of aluminum-zinc coating. The corrosion resistance of the coating is much higher than that of pure zinc and aluminum-zinc alloy. Good, the welding performance is equivalent to that of pure zinc steel.
On the continuous hot-dip galvanizing aluminum-magnesium production line, the pretreated steel strip is continuously immersed in the molten zinc-aluminum-magnesium plating solution to obtain the coating.
The mass fraction of aluminum in the coating is about 11%, the mass fraction of magnesium is about 3%, the mass fraction of silicon is about 0.2%, and the mass fraction of nickel is about
0.01%, the rest is zinc.
The Zinc-Aluminium-Magnesium-Zn-Al-Mg steel plate is a new type of high-corrosion-resistant coated steel plate. Due to the compound effect of these additional elements, its corrosion inhibition effect is further improved. In addition, it has excellent processing performance under severe conditions (drawing, stamping, bending, paint welding, etc.), the coating has high hardness and damage resistance. Compared with ordinary galvanized and aluminum-zinc-plated products, the amount of plating is less but it can achieve better corrosion resistance. Due to this corrosion resistance, it can be used instead of stainless steel or aluminum in some fields. The anti-corrosion and self-healing effect of the cut end face is a major feature of the product.
